This class creates awareness of your body and a deeper relationship with your baby.

 

Postures, breath work and meditation help prepare the mind and body for labour and childbirth.  Prenatal Yoga helps increase flexibility, strength and balance; reduce swelling, as well as ease back and leg pain. 

This class also gives an opportunity to connect and share with other moms-to-be. This is a flow class specifically designed for expecting mothers during all stages of pregnancy.  Suitable for beginners.

NO PREVIOUS YOGA EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED!
