I have never been a big fan of the word “Diet”, it makes me think about starving, lack of food, & depriving myself of the foods I love, but our diet is really just the food we consume! Today we are going to talk about how to begin to declutter your diet, which really is just about decluttering some of your lifestyle around food. You all know I love a good declutter session, but today my main point will be for you to LOAD your diet full of very nourishing, fuelling foods.

Crowding Out - Green Smoothie
1 handful baby spinach or kale
1 green apple or pear
2 large stocks of celery
½ medium sized cucumber
1 cup water
2 drops Lemon, Tangerine or Wild Orange Essential Oil
(*note please only use CPTG standard essential oils that are approved for internal use)
