I know you already feel overwhelmed with the many tasks that come from being a woman trying to have it all in this day and age, and I know that you feel you have no time and no energy to waste.

It’s taken me years of working with clients, as well as personal health struggles, to weed-out the common threads that lead to real success..
I know that consistency overpowers intensity, and when people are consistent in my programs … a-may-zing things happen.
A Little Bit More About Jackie
Let me first tell you, it was a long road and I’m still travelling along it. Parts of the journey were absolutely amazing and other parts truly broke my heart … but all of it has made me who I am today, so I am now (years later) thankful for each moment.
Those who don’t know me often have this ‘idealistic’ view of me. And to be honest, on a daily basis, we all try to portray that we have it all together. But I want you to understand that we ALL struggle, we ALL have a history and NO ONE is perfect.
However - I also know, after years of struggling with my own personal stuff, that we can overcome, and we can be our best self - which is why I do what I do.
So here is the real deal story.
In college, I was a fast-food eating/cigarette smoking/bar hopping machine.
Exercise and vegetables were the furthest thing from my mind.
Now you are probably waiting for this life or death, ah-ha moment that made me change my life, but it didn’t happen that way.
Don’t get me wrong, I’ve had smack in the face, eye-opening moments, but it was the small consistent changes that lead me to where I am today.
I finished college in 2002, got a job and broke up with my boyfriend – I was on my own for the first time, and it gave me a chance to look at my life (which I wasn’t happy with) and make some changes. I began by going to the gym with a friend a few times a week, which lead to me eating (somewhat) better, quitting smoking and even becoming a Personal Trainer myself.
In 2005 I had my first real wake-up call that I was still not taking care of myself properly.
For an entire year, I felt nauseous or had severe digestive upsets every time I ate. This created anxiety about eating and feeling panicky in public areas. I planned my life around the nearest washroom and I survived on peppermint tea and Pepto-Bismol. Numerous doctors ran numerous tests and scopes, yet in the end they found nothing and declared it was simply IBS.
I first set out do de-stress because instinctually I knew the stress in my life wasn’t helping. I signed up for one yoga class – and I was hooked – so much so that I dove into the practice and soon afterwards took the year-long training to become a certified yoga teacher.
In 2010 I had my daughter, which as any mother will attest, changes and challenges you to your limits! But again my knowledge of my body grew. I then hired a Registered Holistic Nutritionist which allowed me to dive into nutrition and its affects on the body – making HUGE improvements to my digestive system and overall gave me a happy gut.
Later, my love of pregnancy and birth lead me to became a certified Prenatal Yoga teacher as well as a Hypnobirthing® Practitioner.
I took children’s yoga classes and began the frustrating quest of eliminating toxins from our food and household products, which lead me too the power of essential oils. Now I spend much of my time teaching others about the power of essential oils and their health.
My love of health and fitness, just keeps going and going … and so the rest is history.
Please understand that I did not work full-time while taking courses and running my holistic business part-time because its was fun (don’t get me wrong - a lot of it was fun), but I’ve been on this journey because its my PASSION. I’m still far from perfect. I still struggle. But in the end, all I know is that I am the happiest and healthiest I’ve ever been and that feels down-right fabulous.
